This hourly output issue again falls into the resource issue for post-processing. As mentioned in the 3 Dec message, responding to Phil Harvey, it will take moving the post-processing to another smaller computer at NCEP to improve this situation. I think there are 3 outstanding post-processing issues that I've heard about that would be good to have, just for the record: hourly output out to 12h, hourly BUFR soundings organized by station, supplemental isobaric output (you were the first to mention this one). Thanks for indicating what you'd like to see. It helps to define where we need to go, even though we can't do it right away.
