Much of the previous forecast discussion and reasoning remains valid.



 Water Vapor imagery shows very dry air in place over Central Indiana
with strong subsidence in play. Strong high pressure over KS/NB will
be building east during this period. Thus mostly clear skies will be
expected tonight as any wind gusts have diminished as heating and
associated mixing has been lost.

Northwest flow is expected to persist aloft on Thursday as surface
high pressure builds across Central Indiana. No forcing dynamics
appear to pass. Forecast soundings suggest convective temperatures
in the upper 90s...which will be unreachable. Thus we will look for
only some high sct passing CI during this TAF period along with
westerly surface flow.
